Commitment to quality
Quality means different things to different people. At St. Anthony's we measure quality in many ways. This helps us improve and provides you with good information that can help you make good decisions about health care. We are proud of the progress we've made and that independent accreditation organizations and quality reviews have recognized excellence in our services.
Clinical quality reports
St. Anthony's Medical Center is committed to publicly reporting the quality of medical care we provide for our patients. To ensure apples-to-apples comparison of hospitals, we participate in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Hospital Quality Alliance (HQA) data reports. This information measures how well hospitals across the county care for their adult patients, regardless of whether the care was paid for by Medicare, Medicaid or a private health insurance plan.
To access the information and compare hospitals on a number core measures related to heart attack care, heart failure care, pneumonia care and surgical care go to Hospital Compare.
